About The Job

As part of this mandate, you will assume the following responsibilities:

Your mission is to act as a Finance Operations partner, contributing to monthend closing and Group reporting while supporting productivity, savings, and CAPEX initiatives across Operations. You will also play a key role in data integrity, and continuous improvement of finance templates and processes, while supporting the Finance Operations Senior Manager in forecasts, estimates, and projections.

More specifically:

  • Support the Project Management Team in estimating and reporting of Productivity initiatives.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of Iproview (savings reporting tool) and Orsoft (master data tool) as Ops finance representative.
  • Contribute to the monthend closing process, including accrual bookings, variance analysis, and consolidation of operational results to support Americas organiztion.
  • Support forecasting cycles, preparation of cost bridges and COGS/kg analysis.
  • Provide financial support for CAPEX management.
  • Maintain, enhance, and develop reporting and analytical tools used for Finance Operations decisionmaking.

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including financial analysis;
  • CPA designation (or progress toward completion) is considered an asset;
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and complex formulas, with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets from multiple information systems;
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines;
  • High level of autonomy, rigor, organization, and methodological approach;
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset;
  • Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to take on new challenges.

About The Job

Agir à titre de partenaire des Opérations financières en contribuant aux clôtures de fin de mois et au reporting Groupe, tout en soutenant les initiatives de productivité, d’économies et de CAPEX au sein des Opérations.

Vous jouerez également un rôle clé dans l’intégrité des données ainsi que dans l’amélioration continue des outils et processus financiers, tout en appuyant le/la gestionnaire principal(e) des Opérations financières dans les prévisions, les estimations et les projections.

Principales responsabilités

  • Soutenir l’équipe de gestion de projets dans l’estimation et le suivi des initiatives de productivité.
  • Être responsable de la gestion des données financières dans l’outil Iproview (outil de suivi des économies des projets) et Orsoft (outil de gestion et validation des prix des matières premières).
  • Contribuer au processus de clôture mensuelle, incluant :  La comptabilisation des provisions, L’analyse des écarts et La consolidation des résultats opérationnels
  • Participer aux cycles de prévision, incluant la préparation des variances de coûts sous différentes formes (Tableau de bord, analyses en cascade)
  • Fournir un soutien financier à la gestion des investissements CAPEX
  • Maintenir, améliorer et développer les outils de reporting et d’analyse utilisés pour la prise de décision en finance des opérations.

La fourchette de salaire annuel de base pour ce poste est de 60,000.00 $ à 85,000.00 $CA. Le salaire final offert sera déterminé en fonction de facteurs tels que l’expérience pertinente et les qualifications, l’équité interne et les conditions du marché externe.

About You
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, comptabilité, économie ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente, incluant en analyse financière
  • Titre de CPA (ou en voie d’obtention) – un atout
  • Connaissance de SAP et Power BI – un atout
