This role allows aspiring principals to gain hands-on experience and mentorship while learning the skills necessary to manage a school effectively. Principal In Residence programs typically include responsibilities such as supporting teachers, analyzing school data, and participating in leadership decisions. The goal is to develop the knowledge and competencies needed to lead a school successfully.

This collaboration often includes shadowing leadership in decision-making processes, participating in instructional coaching, and supporting teacher development initiatives.
