Job description

You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director, and you’ll work out of a hybrid location, preferably in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC , but we are open to other locations.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth will enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs. By mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the company's growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive global adoption of Honeywell Building Automation technologies, software, and services across key customer portfolios.

  • Identify whitespace, expand share of wallet, and execute multi-year account plans that deliver sustainable growth.

  • Lead the negotiation, execution, and governance of global MSAs, commercial terms, and pricing frameworks.

  • Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to position Honeywell Building Automation as the customer’s preferred global supplier.

  • Build trusted executive relationships and coordinate regional teams to deliver consistent execution, customer value, and long‑term partnership growth.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or technical sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
