  • Hands‑on coding/design experience in earlier career (ability to review code/solutions).
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Hybrid).
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Git, Jenkins.
