DESCRIPTION
The Shift Lead at Marco's Pizza plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during their designated shifts. Responsible for overseeing staff and maintaining high service standards, the Shift Lead contributes to creating a positive dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervision: Manage and lead the team effectively during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Customer Service: Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  3. Order Management: Oversee order accuracy, preparation, and timely delivery, maintaining consistency in product quality.
  4. Staff Coordination: Schedule and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and a well-organized shift.
  5. Training: Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain a cohesive and knowledgeable team.
  6. Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, adhering to established standards to meet customer expectations.
  7. Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and ensure proper accounting procedures are followed.
