Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Be the point person for a landscape maintenance crew - lead by example, organize, and motivate your team of 2-4
  • Be the face of Villani on-site - work with your supervisor and client service reps to deliver the right solutions to client concerns
  • Think on your feet - adapt to surprises and keep your crew moving efficiently
  • Show up, stay sharp, and set the tone - reliability, knowing your machines and techniques, and leading by example are key
  • Ensure every site meets consistent standards for safety, quality, and presentation

Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in the landscape industry (at least 3 seasons) - and leadership skills to match
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
  • A calm, clear communicator who thrives on teamwork and customer care
  • A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to quality work
  • Highly prefer: a valid, insurable driver's license, bilingual (Spanish/English) communicator and a 3.0 commercial pesticide applicator license
