Responsabilidades del miembro del equipo de cocina:


  • Preparar, cocinar, montar y presentar los alimentos de forma segura, rapida y eficiente, cumpliendo con los estandares de Chick-fil-A.
  • Seguir de cerca y adherirse a todos los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria
  • Conocer las tareas de todos los puestos de la cocina, incluidas las patatas fritas, el empanado, el montaje, las tablas y la preparacion de alimentos.
  • Abastecer el inventario de la cocina segun sea necesario
  • Mantener la cocina ordenada y limpia en todo momento
  • Mantenerse al dia con los nuevos productos lanzados por Chick-fil-A
  • Trabajar con seguridad en torno a los equipos de cocina e informar de cualquier problema de mantenimiento a la direccion
  • Mantener los conocimientos personales completando la formacion interna y estar al dia de cualquier cambio
