Non-Invasive Cardiologist Heart & Vascular Care | Acworth & Cartersville, Georgia

Position Overview Heart & Vascular Care is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the North Atlanta region. Based primarily out of our desirable Acworth location alongside Cartersville, this role supports two clinic settings and affiliated hospital care, delivering comprehensive cardiovascular service across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key responsibilities/services include:

  • Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)

  • Nuclear stress testing

  • Cardiac CT imaging

  • Stress testing and cardiovascular diagnostics

  • Preventive cardiology and medication management

  • Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations

The incoming physician will collaborate closely with APPs, medical assistants, scribes, nurses, and administrative staff across clinic and hospital settings.

Shared call responsibilities are exceptionally light at 1:8, distributed equally among the physician team with robust APP support to ensure predictable work-life balance.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, production incentives, call stipend, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified / Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine

  • Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease training programs

  • MD or DO

  • Eligible for Georgia medical licensure

  • Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology and/or Echocardiography preferred

  • Open to experienced physicians and current fellows

  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes
