Responsibilities
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours between 7:00am and 6:30pm
No Weekends, No Holidays
No Call, No Call-Back
Job Specific Position Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
CORE Duties:
โ€ข Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.
โ€ข Perform physical exam and health histories.
โ€ข Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
โ€ข Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
โ€ข Direct and supervise care provide by other healthcare professionals.
โ€ข Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
โ€ข Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.
โ€ข Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization.
โ€ข Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
โ€ข Perform nursing services identified in the TO.
โ€ข Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Associates Degree of Nursing. Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or as otherwise identified in the TO.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year experience within the past 2 years, in a primary care setting
* License: Active, unrestricted RN license
* Board Certification: N/A
* Life Support Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
* Security: Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
Pay Scale: $56/hr to $60/hr, to be determined based on employment options, qualifications, experience, and location
