Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to support our Pricing & Profitability team. In this role, you'll manage pricing data, implement strategic pricing initiatives, and help optimize company margins through accurate pricing administration and analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Create, modify, and maintain pricing and cost data across multiple warehouses and systems.
  • Manage customer pricing, including special pricing, contract pricing, customer-specific pricing (CSPs), customer contract prices (CCPs), price levels, file backs, and fuel pricing tables.
  • Partner with the Shared Purchasing team to maintain accurate product costs.
  • Review and approve CPQ quote requests within established thresholds and escalate when necessary.
  • Identify and manage file back opportunities for non-strategic brands.
  • Maintain Chevron C2 Rebate fields and other pricing automation data.
  • Support Strategic Pricing Managers with market price changes, mass pricing updates, and pricing initiatives.
  • Assist with supplier rebate and file back submissions, including Chevron, Shell, Phillips 66, and Castrol programs.
  • Conduct quarterly Chevron rebate and MSA reconciliation audits.
  • Review vendor credit variances and resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Audit and maintain automated customer fee structures and pricing compliance.
  • Support pricing setup and data migration for newly acquired businesses.
  • Maintain strategic price levels, price code files, and pricing master data.
  • Perform pricing data cleanup and ongoing maintenance.
  • Analyze pricing data and provide reports to support business decisions.
  • Respond to pricing inquiries from branch locations and sales teams.

What We're Looking For
