Responsibilities
Summary/objective
As an ERP Analyst, you would be supporting our Enterprising Resource Planning System by analyzing complex business issues; collaborating with business personnel and information technology team members; designing, developing, testing, delivering, and escalating innovative technology solutions.
This role will be hybrid, minimum 4 days in the office.

  • Expertise in Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Accounts Payable required.
  • Global implementation experience required

Essential functions
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying and evaluating issues.
  • Develop new functional and business requirements for process enhancements, including providing expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing system options, specifications, and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Work with users to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures.
  • Proactively identify functionality gaps, perform POCs and develop solutions / workarounds.
  • Test business and functional processes during ERP system configuration and upgrades.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing ERP functionality including logging support cases with the software vendor.
  • Assist in design of reports required by users and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Document post-implementation revision requests and facilitate implementation.
  • Lead meetings to discuss dependencies and impact of changes across all areas of the business.
  • Work with partners and vendors regarding issues that affect systems and/or availability.
  • Work with business intelligence tools to deliver value-added information used to drive business decisions/action.
  • Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
  • Provide end user training.
  • Deliver technology solutions in compliance with department standards.
  • Stay current with all application issues, software defects or shortcomings through Third Party vendor's Knowledge Base site and other published materials

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in ERP configuration and post-production support.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Business experience and ability to effectively interact and communicate with individuals.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Demonstrate fluency with accounting policies including US GAAP.
  • Ability to work at both a conceptual and detail level.
  • Must be efficient and effective working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting across systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide others to use best business practice solutions within the constraints of the applications capability.
  • Understanding of IT & Organizational change management principles to help manage the impact of changes on the business.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively by listening and in both written and verbal forms

  • Travel as needed to PRG Locations

Required education and experience
  • Bachelor's in system management or accounting or a related field
  • 8+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in working with Oracle Cloud solutions required.
  • Experience with system development life cycle required
  • Experience in working with Oracle Cloud solutions required
  • Expertise in Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Accounts Payable required.
  • Global implementation experience required
  • Must have 3 years' experience working on ERP system

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $105,000-110,000. Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions.
