Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Safe Operation and repair of process equipment
  2. Ensure factory machinery operates efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  3. Install and repair plant equipment and controls
  4. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of equipment failures.
  5. Reading and understanding technical manuals
  6. Maintaining detailed, accurate, and legible records of all maintenance work performed in plant CMMS program
  7. Communicate and coordinate with contractors and vendors to support equipment ordering and project execution.
  8. Safely use various hand and power tools
  9. Strict adherence to environmental, emergency and health & safety plans
  10. Strict adherence to prescribed maintenance schedule
  11. Housekeeping of work areas, shop and in the field
  12. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
  13. Maintains inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies by checking stock and placing order requests.
  14. Miscellaneous duties as required by superiors
  15. Will be on call for emergencies

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications :
  1. Minimum 5 years of verifiable INDUSTRIAL maintenance experience.
  2. Background in process plant equipment and preventive maintenance
  3. Ability to analyze information quickly
  4. Background in maintenance protocols
  5. Background in reading process flow diagrams and P&ID's
  6. Capable of heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time and working in various industrial weather conditions, indoors as well as outdoors.
