Prevail Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient team. This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while still delivering high-quality care. As part of our Detox Center team, you will benefit from a collaborative virtual workspace that utilizes advanced technology and client management systems to provide effective treatment while maintaining adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health status, strengths, weaknesses, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using scientifically supported treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Create, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans with clear goals and actionable steps.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health records (EHR) system.

The clientele served at Prevail consists of individuals of all ages dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Our focus is particularly strong on those facing challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. As an LCSW, you will work with a diverse group of clients, implementing evidence-based therapies that resonate with their unique experiences and backgrounds, and helping them navigate their path to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Thorough understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a deep commitment to client-centered care.

• Experience with specific treatment frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Informed Care approaches.
• Prior work in detox or substance use settings would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and counseling documentation systems.
