Known for our iconic freshly baked pretzels, Auntie Anne’s delivers crave-worthy treats that make everyday moments better. We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to join our pretzel team and help create those feel-good experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
  • Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
  • Operate registers and handle cash accurately
  • Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
  • Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
  • TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
  • 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
  • Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
  • Ability to taste test products for quality
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
  • Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
