Your Role on Our Team:

  • Lead service delivery process on customer property by driving a company-owned vehicle and delivering a 5-star customer experience
  • Perform high-quality window cleaning, gutter cleaning & pressure washing services
  • Ensure proper inspection, use, and maintenance of company equipment
  • Use electronic system for daily communication with customers and collection of payment
  • Demonstrate leadership in daily application of industry safety standards
  • Gain exposure to other areas of the business, including project management, operations management, customer service, and sales & business development to help set a long-term career path with our growing company

Key Qualifications:

  • Some field service experience (1-2 years) is preferred but not required (e.g., window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, painting, carpentry/construction, landscape, maintenance, roofing, etc.)
  • Ability to travel out of town, from time to time is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required
  • Ability to pass third party criminal background check is required
  • Positive, can-do attitude is required
  • Self-discipline and ability to work AS A TEAM is required
  • High attention to detail is required
  • Motivated by learning and career growth is required
  • Clear and proactive communication skills is required
  • Willing to work in a physically demanding role (may include lifting heavy equipment, working on your feet for extended periods of time outdoors, etc.)
