CL&D Graphics is seeking a Rewinder Operator to join our 24/7 flexographic printing operation. This position supports night shift production and plays a key role in ensuring high-quality finished labels that meet customer specifications. We offer consistent scheduling with no rotating shifts and provide training for motivated individuals who want to build their manufacturing skills in a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate rewind machines to produce finished label rolls
  • Inspect printed products and remove defective labels from press rolls
  • Perform rewind and inspection work according to quality standards
  • Verify finished products meet customer specifications and quality criteria
  • Package finished products based on required packaging standards
  • Perform quality checks and job verification at the press as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

  • Prior experience is not required; training is provided
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to differentiate colors accurately
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
