About the Job
Forklift Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift.
About the role:
We have immediate openings for experienced Forklift Operators on both 1st and 2nd shift. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, pallets, and products throughout our facility - supporting receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Available shifts:
  • 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
  • 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
Key responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers and containers efficiently and without damage.
  • Transport pallets and materials to designated storage locations per warehouse layout and slotting rules.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift OSHA-compliant equipment inspections and report defects to maintenance.
  • Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners or WMS terminals to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Stage outbound freight per pick lists, BOLs, and shipping schedules.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and travel lanes per 5S housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as directed.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations, PPE requirements, and facility traffic management rules.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year forklift operation in warehouse or DC.
  • Reach truck or order picker experience preferred.
  • RF scanner / WMS familiarity a plus.
  • High-bay racking experience (30'+ preferred).
Physical requirements:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Work in varying temperatures as needed.
  • Wear required PPE throughout shift.
