We are looking for a Machine Operator / Press Assistant who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to build a long-term career.

Position Overview

In this role, you will support production operations by setting up materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with transferable experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with setup, operation, and adjustment of production equipment

Monitor production runs and inspect product for quality standards

Measure and verify materials using scales and measuring devices

Operate support equipment to move, stack, and prepare finished product

Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and equipment upkeep

Track production counts and properly label finished materials

Assist operators and team members during setup and changeovers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to learn equipment and processes quickly

Basic math and measurement skills
