Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM

What You'll Do

As a Flexo Press Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring high-quality products meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supply equipment with raw materials to maintain production flow
  • Load materials accurately into machinery
  • Perform quality checks and testing to meet customer requirements
  • Inspect materials for defects, damage, and inconsistencies
  • Enter production data into the company system (APEX)
  • Assist Press Operators with daily production activities
  • Organize and store materials in designated racking areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks and other equipment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schedules, and manuals
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • Powered industrial truck/forklift experience
  • Experience working in printing, flexographic, or industrial environments

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally
