Pay range for this position is $26.76/hr to $27.85/hr.

This is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants Will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks.  As Paint removal, hand pneumatic grinding /needle gun (surface prep), masking/unmasking, decking, damping tiles, Brush/ Roller/ Spray painting, and snow removal.

Required/Preferred Education/Training

Preferred - High School Diploma or GED.

Required/Preferred Experience

Required - Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. hand grinding /needle gun (surface prep),

Required - Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with Scissor/ Condo lifts.

Required - Must be able to wear a respirator.

Required - Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.

Preferred - Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.

Preferred - Spray experience.
