Position Concept: In the role of Fitness Professional, you will play a vital part in supporting clients of varying abilities by offering motivation, expertise and direction. The Fitness Professional will create an environment of safety by teaching proper form and technique. Building strong relationships will enable you to provide the necessary accountability to guide clients towards achieving their fitness goals. In addition to your individual role, GreatLIFE as a whole is centered around 4 core values:

Knowledge, Skills and Traits: 

  • Must hold certification with NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA ** 

  • CPR/AED Certified 

  • Perform duties with positive attitude and professionalism 

  • Be able to work within a team 

  • Provide outstanding customer service 

  • Be proficient with computers 

  • Dedicated to improving your own skills and knowledge 

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time 

  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds 

**If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise science, Kinesiology or a related field, you must obtain a certification through one of the above listed certifying agencies within six month of hire date
