About the Opportunity
Join Natus Neuro as a Neurocritical Care Specialist and help expand the adoption of technologies that support critical neurological care.
In this field-based role, you'll combine clinical expertise, customer education, and commercial partnership to support the growth and implementation of our Neurocritical Care and BrainWatch solutions across ICU/Critical Care, Emergency Department, acute care, and Neurology environments.
You'll work alongside sales teams and clinicians to launch new customers, expand utilization within existing accounts, build clinical champions, and help care teams successfully integrate Natus technologies into their workflows.
What You'll Get to Do
Drive Growth & Clinical Adoption
  • Expand utilization of Natus Neurocritical Care and BrainWatch solutions within existing accounts.
  • Partner with District Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and BrainWatch Account Executives on customer launches, sales presentations, implementations, and in-servicing.
  • Support Camino ICP monitors, EDS3 drainage systems, Cranial Access Kits, and BrainWatch POC-EEG solutions.
  • Communicate the Natus value proposition and help develop a qualified sales funnel through presentations, peer-to-peer education, physician training, and education.
  • Build clinical and administrative champions across Neuro, ICU/Critical Care, and Emergency departments.
  • Meet with clinical decision makers and key accounts to support program development, implementation, and continued product adoption.

Be the Clinical Expert
  • Develop deep expertise in Neurocritical Care, BrainWatch POC-EEG, associated patient populations, and clinical use cases.
  • Lead customer training, clinical demonstrations, web-based presentations, and product in-servicing.
  • Train clinical teams on BrainWatch workflows and applications, Camino ICP monitors, EDS3 drainage systems, and Cranial Access Kits.
  • Partner with clinicians to establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure and develop workflow solutions for clinical departments.
  • Provide product and application training to current and newly hired employees.
  • Represent Natus at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.

Connect Customers & Natus
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales Support, Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to support customer success.
  • Bring customer and market feedback to Marketing and downstream teams to strengthen product messaging, collateral, market intelligence, and local market strategies.
  • Stay current on new products, clinical trends, and local market needs.
  • Provide management with structured updates on new and existing business opportunities.

Own the Details
  • Support new account launches and customer implementations through strong project management.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility and follow corporate expense guidelines.
  • Manage home-office and administrative responsibilities.
  • Participate in company training, presentations, team meetings, and special projects.
  • Follow all Regulatory, Quality, and Quality System requirements and model ethical and professional behavior.
  • Perform additional duties as business needs, market conditions, and company priorities evolve.

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of clinical critical care experience OR 5+ years of Neurology, ICU, ED, or related medical sales experience with a credentialed clinical background.
  • Experience working with physicians, nurses, managers, IT, administrators, and C-level executives.
  • Strong project management skills supporting account launches and implementations.
  • Experience with clinical demonstrations, presentations, customer training, product in-servicing, and program implementation preferred.
  • Clinical experience with ICP monitoring and external ventricular drainage is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Credentialed clinical background preferred.
  • Current driver's license required.
  • Ability to work independently or with small support teams.
  • Strong clinical credibility, communication, presentation, analytical, collaboration, business acumen, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment & Travel
This is a remote, field-based role that may include working from a home office, business offices, hospitals, airports, and hotels. A reliable internet connection and ergonomically appropriate workspace suitable for confidential work are required.
The role requires extensive driving and travel, including potential driving in adverse weather conditions and travel alongside District Sales Managers. Approximately 50-75% travel is expected, with market needs potentially requiring 75% or greater travel.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Pay Transparency:
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting base salary will be $90,000K USD with a variable commission plan (At target $65,000). Natus also offers a commission ramp-up guarantee to support our new hires. More details can be discusses during the recruitment process.
