  • Improve the operations systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership to facilitate decision-making based on business knowledge and organizational values.
  • Remove obstacles and obtain resources to help branches achieve objectives.
  • Directs, coordinates and/or delegates activities of departments such as sales, operations, purchasing, and administrative support in order to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop others to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity.
  • Increases productivity by developing automated applications; coordinating information requirements.
  • Maintain level of service requirements throughout all processes.
  • Confers with Branch Manager, Regional VP and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals, objectives, programs or operations resulting from current status and conditions.
Qualifications
  • 4-year College Degree in business Management.
  • Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, legal documents or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management and speak effectively before groups of customers, vendors or employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio and draw and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in order to solve practical problems where only limited information and standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.
