DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS TEACHING JOB
This is a full-time coaching position working 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, following the Polk County School Board calendar.
As you step onto the field or into the gym each day, you bring energy, structure, and encouragement that your students rely on. You'll start by setting up equipment and preparing engaging lessons designed to build skills in movement, fitness, and teamwork. Throughout the day, you'll guide students through activities that not only strengthen their bodies but also build confidence and cooperation. You'll demonstrate techniques, ensure safety, adapt activities for various skill levels, and track student progress along the way. Whether supervising in the cafeteria, outdoors, or during class, you'll be a consistent, positive presence-encouraging growth, reinforcing expectations, and helping students succeed both physically and personally.

THE TYPE OF TEACHER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
