Prescient Edge is seeking a Site Lead - Undersea Systems to support a Federal government client. To that end, we provide employees with a best in class benefits package that includes: * A competitive salary with performance bonus opportunities * Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and orthodontia coverage * A substantial retirement plan with no vesting schedule * Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking * A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged Description: Support Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Science and Technology Department (X Department) government project leads under the Small Unmanned Aerial Systems and Enabling Technologies (SUAS&ET) Information Assurance Center (IAC) Multiple Awards Contract (MAC) with the following: * As Site Lead Prescient Edge's first location in Panama City Beach, coordinate movement of projects utilizing Prescient Edge's Integration Center, utility coordination, and third-party tasking to get site to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) standards as required by contract.

* Facilitate procurement of large and small acquisitions of materials and services. * Streamline the inclusion of subcontractors on the SUAS&ET contract by crafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and collaborating to generate Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for submission to Prescient Edge contracts. * Provide program management support to projects with configuration management, coordinating sponsor meetings, responding to data requests, technical editing, and procurement and funding tracking.

* Serve as the de facto manager for two Prescient Edge employees hired since the establishment of the Prescient Edge Integration Center, addressing inquiries related to Prescient Edge processes and resources, compiling monthly reporting inputs, and offering any necessary support.
