Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Graphic Designer with strong experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and optimizing files for print production, ensuring accuracy, proper file setup, and high-quality output in a label manufacturing or printing environment.



Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare label artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

• Prepare and verify production-ready files, including sizing, bleeds, dielines, color separations, and print specifications.

• Review and adjust customer artwork to meet prepress and production requirements.

• Communicate with customers regarding artwork approvals, revisions, and specifications in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure artwork meets production standards and aligns with client expectations.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

• Assist with general office tasks and support daily operations as needed.


Qualifications:

• Required: Experience in prepress within a label manufacturing or printing environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

• Strong understanding of label production processes (flexographic, digital, and/or thermal transfer).

• Experience working with dielines, color separations, and print-ready file preparation.
