In the absence of the chef, he assumes the responsibilities related to the maintenance of the dining room and other sites where meals are eaten. Food preparation: Set up, prepare, season, cook and portion food according to its pre-established production plan; Ensures that the working techniques used for the preparation, cooking and serving of food comply with good hygiene practices and the preservation of nutritional value; Ensures optimal use of the equipment at its disposal; Prepare standardized recipes and adjust them if necessary; Ensures the quality of food. Commodity management: Ensures that the foodstuffs necessary for its food production are available; Ensures optimal use of food.
