Job description

SUMMARY
The Premium Club Supervisor oversees the operational readiness of our premium spaces for food and beverage locations and staff. Their primary focus is to ensure all alcohol sales and food safety policies are followed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Oversee alcohol sales and ensure compliance with established protocols
  2. Verify and monitor product inventories to ensure they are maintained at the appropriate levels
  3. Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
  4. Train staff on basic foodservice operations and cash handling procedures
  5. Nights and weekends may be required
  6. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • This position will oversee premium club staff on event day
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Foodservice management experience is not necessary, but preferred
    • Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor
    • Organized and attentive to detail
    • Strong verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must obtain a passing score on the Team certification course
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
    • Densely populated on event day
    • The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet but loud on event days
