Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced construction and industrial equipment mechanic to join the growing team at our Harrisburg, PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!

Our Road Technicians provide mobile service to Harrisburg and the surrounding areas. All Road Service Technicians are supplied with cell phones, laptops, vehicles, fuel, and other items necessary for successfully performing off location construction and industrial equipment repairs and maintenance. Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.

Job Overview:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.
  • Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
  • Full-time position. 40-50 hours per week.
  • Paid on-line and factory training.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical and Electrical experience with various construction and industrial equipment
  • Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
  • Must possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, as well as computer skills.
  • Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.
