We are looking for a motivated Warranty Administrative Assistant to join our growing company. Here, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. The individual in this role will be working in a face paced environment, and will be responsible for a variety of warranty admin duties in the service department. Universal Nissan-Hyundai believes in growth through integrity, creativity and teamwork. Join our winning team!
Duties and Responsibilities may include any number of the following:
  • Open and closing repair orders
  • Inspecting for repair order accuracy
  • Flagging technician hours
  • Posting and reconciling schedules
  • Working in Process Review
  • Scanning repair orders and backup
  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dealership experience
  • Prior experience reconciling accounts
  • Strong knowledge of math and accounting
  • Experienced with Excel
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Good time management skills
  • CDK experienced a plus
  • Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. unassisted
