About Our Family

We're a husband-and-wife team who work from home and have intentionally built a life centered around health, wellness, and balance. We love what we do and appreciate a home that feels calm, organized, and restorative. For us, wellness is not a trend but a way of life. We believe health is cultivated through small, consistent choices and strive to create a lifestyle that feels intentional, grounded, and aligned with our values.

Our commitment to holistic living shapes many of our daily choices, including how we nourish ourselves. We prioritize whole, nutrient-dense foods and are thoughtful about what comes into our home, sourcing high-quality proteins from a specialty butcher and choosing organic, pasture-raised, and pesticide-free ingredients whenever possible.

While our highest priority is finding someone who can thoughtfully support our kitchen and meal preparation needs, we're also looking for a helping hand with the day-to-day tasks that keep our home running smoothly, including light housekeeping, laundry care, and errands. We both work full-time and value being fully present in our personal time, so having reliable support will allow us to spend our free time doing the things that recharge us.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a self-directed, discreet professional who thrives working independently and takes genuine pride in the quality of your work. You're naturally proactive and tend to notice what needs attention before someone has to ask. You're organized, dependable, and communicate clearly when needed, but you're equally comfortable working quietly behind the scenes.

You value health and wellness in your own life. You understand the difference between cooking for health and just cooking, and that comes through in everything you prepare. You cook with whole, nutrient-dense ingredients, enjoy preparing nourishing meals, and appreciate a thoughtful approach to food and well-being. Most importantly, you have a genuine appreciation for holistic living and understand that food, environment, and daily habits all contribute to overall well-being.

  • Label all prepared meals with ingredient amounts (e.g., 200g beef, 300g rice)
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness before and after all meal prep sessions
  • Preparation of meals may be completed in the candidate's home
  • Preferred meal delivery schedule: Monday drop-off for Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday meals; Friday drop-off for Saturday/Sunday/Monday meals
