Job description

Summary

The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization’s marketing operations to ensure effective, data-driven, and scalable marketing performance. This role translates Rack Room Shoes’ marketing vision and strategy into executable programs, standardized processes, and measurable outcomes that support business growth and strong customer experience.


Essential Functions

  • Lead integrated content strategy, campaign storytelling, and messaging across key customer touchpoints.

  • Translate business priorities, customer insights, and performance data into actionable campaign plans and recommendations.

  • Monitor campaign performance, maintain KPIs and reporting frameworks, and present insights, risks, and recommendations to Marketing leadership.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Content Team and Marketing Project Manager, setting clear priorities, goals, and development plans.

  • Improve marketing operations, including intake, prioritization, briefing, approvals, resource planning, workflow visibility, and documentation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies, timelines, and deliverables.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel marketing experience.

  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and workflow tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.

  • CRM experience preferred, including tools such as Salesforce, Cordial, or similar platforms.

  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.


Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years of campaign marketing experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Strong ability to turn data, customer insights, and business trends into clear recommendations.

  • Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated success improving marketing processes, workflows, documentation, and efficiency.

  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives


Physical Demands

This position is primarily sedentary. Applicants, with or without accommodations, must be able to sit for extended periods, as well as occasionally stand and walk.
