  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related field.
  • Strong analytical, auditing and data management skills.
  • Knowledge of exception-based and predictive analytics.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform work on specific projects, including the identification, analysis, and communication of insightful perspectives and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop presentations, supporting materials, spreadsheets and models.
  • Provide data, maps, and analysis on stores, regions, and/or markets as requested.
  • Build strong relationships by collaborating with team members, manager, and business partners to ensure that business and project goals are met.
  • Produce and present executive briefs for implementation.
  • Conduct franchise audits to assess compliance with contractual obligations and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proactively provide periodic updates to management and the departmental leadership team regarding status of audits and other projects in process.
  • Generate and analyze exception reports utilizing current data sources to detect fraud and develop investigations.
  • Perform risk assessments for franchise operations and recommend corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
  • Analyze financial statements and operational data from franchise locations to identify irregularities or performance gaps.
  • Conduct predictive-based reporting research and analysis.
