Sodexo is hiring a Senior BI Solutions Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and client success. Partner across teams to develop scalable BI solutions, predictive analytics, dashboards, and data-driven tools.

About the job

The Senior BI Solutions Analyst serves as a strategic and technical analytics leader responsible for designing innovative, data-driven solutions that support client growth, operational excellence, and business development initiatives. This role exists to provide advanced analytical expertise across multiple business segments, enabling the organization to develop competitive, insight-driven solutions throughout the assessment-to-operations lifecycle. The position partners closely with Sales, Solutions, Commercial Finance, Transition, and Operations teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical models and actionable insights.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $115940 - $180070

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you'll bring 

  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Looker, Azure, SQL Server, or other enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Experience leading BI initiatives or supervising analytical team members.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, cloud-based analytics environments, and automation technologies.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed, or multi-segment organizations.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or advanced analytical techniques.
  • Certification(s) in business intelligence, analytics, cloud technologies, or project management are a plus.
  • Experience supporting client-facing analytics or proposal development activities preferred.
