Job description

Treske Precision Machining, Inc. is a precision machine shop. We serve: Space & Defense, Aerospace, Electronics and Commercial Customers.  We are Technology Driven including Robotic Machine Loading and Inspection. Our Cloud-Based On-The-Clock Training is for all employees. Our own in-house software developers continually improve the flow of information we need to do our daily jobs.

Shifts:

Weekday night Monday - Thursday 7pm-5:30am w/ differential


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Load and run Horizontal Makino Work Cell Machines
  • Reviews and understand blue prints and can inspect part features to customer drawings
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum of 1 year of Machine Shop experience
  • Have production experience in close tolerance machined components
  • Knowledge of machine tools and measuring tools
  • Excellent work ethic and dependability
  • Able to work overtime when needed
  • Attentive to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Good with computers in a business environment

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Capable of handling a fast paced environment and has a strong sense of urgency
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven 24 X 7 environment
  • Have the ability and willingness to adapt to ever changing production environment

Job Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Work performed in factory or office settings.
  • Exposure to manufacturing environment such as noise and dust
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 or more hours a day
  • Able to sit, stand, bend, reach, negotiate a flight of stairs and move about facilities

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree in, Machining, computer related field or a mechanical field a plus
