MIG & TIG Welder
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Shift: 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
Are you an experienced TIG Welder with a steady hand and an eye for precision? We're seeking a skilled welder to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping produce high-quality, precision-welded components by performing clean, accurate welds with consistency, control, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Doing
As a TIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
TIG Welding: Perform high-quality TIG welds while maintaining smooth, consistent weld lines and strong structural integrity.
Blueprint & Spec Interpretation: Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications to ensure accurate and consistent results.
Quality & Finish Standards: Maintain excellent weld appearance and structural integrity while meeting strict production and quality standards.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and production guidelines.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a TIG welder
Must have experience welding stainless steel
Ability to consistently produce precise, clean welds with strong control and technique
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Skills:
TIG Welding Skills: Ability to produce clean, accurate, and visually consistent welds on precision components.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards and weld integrity.
Manual Dexterity & Control: Ability to weld detailed components with precision and stability.
