Experienced Precision Surface Grinder
Starting at $24.00/hour
2nd Shift Premium = $27.60/hour
3rd Shift Premium = $26.40/hour

SPIROL has over 75 years of precision manufacturing experience supporting the aerospace, automotive, industrial, and capital equipment industries. Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for experienced Precision Surface Grinders to join our team.
What You'll Do
• Operate precision grinding equipment to achieve required thickness, flatness, parallelism, and surface finish specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, symbols, specifications, and dimensional requirements
• Perform grinding procedures according to product blueprints and production requirements
• Use inspection and measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and check gauges
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and production standards
• Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices
What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating production metal grinding equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and production routings
• Ability to utilize measuring and inspection equipment accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical job duties
• Ability to pass a post offer background check, drug test, and physical
