Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for new product introduction, quality engineering, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering, production, and sales to deliver innovative customer solutions.

What Success Looks Like:

During your first year, you will

  • Learn our products, machining processes, equipment, and quality systems.
  • Lead new product introductions from quotation through production.
  • Support machining process development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Strengthen root cause analysis and corrective action effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, or cost.
  • Partner with engineering, production, and sales to support successful product launches.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a machining/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CNC machining, machine shop operations, manufacturing processes, or related production environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with GD&T, dimensional inspection, and precision measurement preferred.
  • Experience with quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions (CAPA).
  • Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Environment / Schedule: (as applicable):

Open shop floor/manufacturing office environment with frequent, direct interaction with on-site production facilities. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, during standard business hours.
