What You’ll Own

  • 100% of Sell My Car campaign leads for assigned stores
  • 100+ outbound calls daily (plus texts & emails)
  • Converting leads into confirmed appraisal appointments
  • Overcoming objections and creating urgency
  • Logging all activity in CRM with precision
  • Driving vehicles acquired from campaign opportunities

What It Takes to Win

  • Strong, confident phone presence
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling
  • Competitive mindset and goal-focused attitude
  • Coachable and process-driven
  • Organized and disciplined follow-up
  • CRM experience preferred (automotive a plus)
