  • Day and Night Shift Available
  • 5 Years Ride share experience or commercial driving experience
  • This job position requirement needed possess a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in fleet operations and/or precision driving.

In this role you will Monitor vehicle software systems while upholding safe operational protocols and full legal compliance.
• Execute specific test cases (e.g. navigating construction zones, roundabouts, heavy pedestrian traffic, etc.) and document system performance accordingly.
• Provide concise, high-quality verbal and written feedback on non-ideal vehicle behaviors and edge-case scenarios.
• Perform pre-and-post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring sensors (LiDAR, Cameras, Radar) are clean and report major, operational concerns accordingly.
• Work directly with Software and Hardware Engineers to troubleshoot issues identified during your shift(s).
Day to Day Operations as a Commercial Driver:
  • Drive test vehicles for 4-8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to confirm roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.
  • Conduct basic software operations to support real-time data collection.
  • Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.
  • Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.

Requirements
  • 5 Years experienced Driving Uber services, Lyft, Taxi Company driver and or commercial
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods (4-8 hours per day)
  • No moving violations within the past 12 months, NO DUIs, or criminal record
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict safety guidelines
  • Ability to work onsite in both Mountain View and San Francisco.
