ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant - Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant. ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant partners with Sales and Delivery to design and position solutions that align customer needs with ServiceNow capabilities. This role provides technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, supporting customer and partner engagements, leading process and technical discovery, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value. As a Pre-Sales Consultant you will define a detailed solution approach, identify roles needed in delivery, and outline rough timelines to support scoping and proposals. Acting as a customer advocate within ServiceNow, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Resource Management teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed. Responsibilities include solution design, scoping and estimation, and supporting the sales cycle through demonstrations, workshops, and SOW development. The ideal candidate combines deep ServiceNow expertise with strong communication and consultative skills. Education and Experience » ServiceNow Expertise: 3–5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow; strong knowledge of one or more modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps); understands best practices, architecture, and configuration vs customization. Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture; able to lead discovery sessions, design high-level solutions, define roles and rough timelines, and support RFP/RFI responses, demos, and workshops. Technical & Business Acumen: Translate technical capabilities into business value; understanding of IT processes and enterprise architecture. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written skills; able to work with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Training teams; advocate for customer needs. Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced environments, flexible, and able to take on multiple roles as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities » Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications (CSA required; CIS or CAD preferred) Proven track record of implementing or consulting on AI-driven solutions within ServiceNow. Ability to design and demonstrate AI-enabled workflows and automation for customers. Experience in a ServiceNow Partner or consulting environment Experience with enterprise integrations and data migration strategies Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, SAFe, or portfolio management frameworks Prior experience with SPM, ITSM, or ITOM implementations.
