As a Cannabis Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through our diverse product selection and ensuring they find the perfect match for their needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and engage every customer, setting a positive and enthusiastic tone.

  • Rigorously verify all customer identification and required documentation to ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.

  • Actively participate in maintaining dispensary cleanliness, organization, and product stocking standards.

  • Accurately process point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle cash and debit payments, and ensure precise change.

  • Maintain a meticulously balanced cash drawer, promptly addressing any discrepancies.

  • Conduct thorough nightly inventory counts for all dispensary products.

  • Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory updates to provide expert recommendations.

  • Assist with product preparation tasks, including trimming and pre-roll production.

  • Efficiently restock and artistically arrange product displays.
