Position Description: About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Pre-Roll Joint Specialist with hands-on experience in joint production, especially using knockbox equipment. This role is focused on crafting high-quality pre-rolls with consistency, speed, and precision. If you have a strong background in pre-roll production and take pride in clean, uniform joints, this is a great opportunity to join a growing cannabis team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding, weighing, and staging materials.Operate knockbox equipment to efficiently produce consistent, high-quality joints.Hand-finish pre-rolls as needed to ensure proper pack, shape, and appearance.Maintain strict quality control standards for weight, density, and burn consistency.Inspect and sort finished joints to meet company specifications.Package and label pre-rolls in compliance with Michigan regulations.Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready.Track output and report any issues with product or equipment.QualificationsCandidates should have prior experience in pre-roll or joint production, with knockbox experience strongly preferred.A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to maintain consistency in a high-volume environment.Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive setting and demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-oriented mindset.Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background requirements.The role also requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.What We OfferThis is a full-time position with steady hours and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced cannabis operation. If you know your way around a knockbox and take pride in rolling clean, consistent joints, we want to hear from you.#Cult26 Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods throughout scheduled production shifts.Must be able to frequently use hands and fingers for repetitive production tasks, including grinding, weighing, filling, packing, rolling, twisting, labeling, and packaging pre-roll products.Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and move cannabis materials, trays, and production supplies weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.Comfortable performing repetitive motions and maintaining consistent hand coordination and dexterity throughout the workday.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach while handling production materials, cleaning workstations, and organizing inventory or supplies.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment with repetitive workflows and strict production standards.Ability to maintain focus, precision, and attention to detail while producing large quantities of pre-roll products consistently and accurately.Ability to operate knockbox equipment and other production tools safely and efficiently for extended periods.Comfortable working around cannabis flower, dust, and strong odors throughout the shift.Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.Capable of communicating effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production output, equipment issues, and quality concerns.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly
