Job description

RN Position At MCI ASC

Nature of Duties: The RN provides patient care at MCI ASC, following treatment plans under physician supervision, and ensures nursing tasks are performed in line with the Nurse Practice Act.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre- and post-procedural nursing care.
  • Admit, discharge, and transfer patients.
  • Maintain patient privacy, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Assess and implement care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team and educate patients.
  • Monitor vital signs and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist in procedures and maintain sterile technique.
  • Complete patient calls and documentation.
  • Participate in training and maintain certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Accredited nursing program graduate.
  • Illinois RN licensure.
  • ACLS and BLS certification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Desired: Cardiology certification and 2 years of experience.

Compensation: Pay starting at $34.37.
