Now Hiring – Experienced Automotive Detailer / Vehicle Prep

Gales Auto Repair is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, high-energy detailer to join our team immediately. This is currently a 6-month position with strong opportunity to become full-time for the right person who proves they can be a long-term asset to the company.
We are EXTREMELY busy and hiring ASAP.
This position focuses heavily on prepping dealership and pre-owned vehicles to be front-line ready and hit the lot, but this position DOES require working on customer vehicles as well. We are looking for someone who takes pride in presentation, moves with urgency, and understands that clean vehicles help sell cars and create a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Prepping dealership and pre-owned vehicles for lot display
• Detailing customer vehicles
• Interior and exterior detailing
• Buffing, waxing, stain removal, odor removal, and final cleanup
• Maintaining high appearance standards
• Vehicle pick up and drop offs regularly
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Must be able to work independently with very little supervision
• Must be able to think on your own without being told what to do constantly
• Must move with urgency while maintaining quality
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Comfortable driving customer and dealership vehicles
