Full job description

Receive vehicles and perform services requested by customers, recommend services based on inspection. Stocking, organizing, and cleaning during down times.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer’s questions about services and advise customers on recommended services.
  • Observe scheduled shift hours as assigned by Store Manager.
  • Give all customers friendly, courteous, and prompt service.
  • Receive, open, unpack, and check in merchandise to perform services.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documentation.
  • Perform oil changes and lubrication work.
  • Work alongside skilled technicians to learn how to perform quality vehicle service maintenance.
  • Perform specific tasks as assigned by the store manager.

Job Requirements

  • Experience can include oil changes, basic maintenance.
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
