Essential Job Functions

  • Providelegal representation to clients in personal injury cases
  • Conductclient calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy.
  • Investigateclaims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, andother evidence.
  •  Filemanagement in our case management software
  •  UnderstandingUM coverage
  • Communicateregularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance.
  • Collaboratewith your legal assistant to manage case workflow.
  • Ensurecompliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies.

Job Qualifications Required

  • JD degree from an accredited law school. 
  • Valid license to practice law in Louisiana. 
  • Member of the state bar in good standing. 

Job qualifications Preferred

  • Working knowledge of laws,regulations, financial compliance, and best practices in the field. 
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including consensus building. 
  • Customer or client service experience.
