Well-established professional services firm with a collaborative regional office and a strong litigation support environment.
What You'll Do:
• Support senior attorneys with calendars, travel, meetings, and daily priorities
• Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize litigation documents and correspondence
• Assist with state and federal court filings, pleadings, motions, and deadlines
• Coordinate depositions, subpoenas, discovery support, and matter logistics
• Manage document organization, version control, billing, expenses, and workflow tracking
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, clients, and court personnel
