Job Title: Nevada Licensed Attorney – Personal Injury (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (Nevada-based candidate preferred)
Compensation: $100,000 – $170,000 annually (depending on experience)
About Us
We are a fast-growing California-based personal injury law firm seeking a Nevada-licensed attorney to manage a high-volume personal injury caseload and handle litigation appearances in Nevada courts. Our firm is client-focused, team-oriented, and committed to achieving strong results while providing attorneys with experienced support staff and established systems.
This is a hybrid position offering flexibility while working closely with our litigation and case management teams.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high-volume personal injury caseload, is proactive in case strategy, and can independently manage files from pre-litigation through litigation, including court appearances in Nevada.
Responsibilities
  •  Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload 
  •  Handle cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation 
  •  Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages 
  •  Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences 
  •  Appear at hearings and court proceedings in Nevada state courts
  •  Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers 
  •  Negotiate settlements and develop case strategies 
  •  Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to move files efficiently 
  •  Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all litigation deadlines 
Qualifications
  •  Active license to practice law in Nevada (required)
  •  2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
  •  Experience managing a high-volume caseload
  •  Comfortable making regular court appearances in Nevada
  •  Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills
