The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz • On-site • Full-Time • Plaintiff Auto Negligence
Base $100,000-$130,000 • Uncapped quarterly & annual performance bonuses • Strong, steady case flow
Own the pre-suit process - without the burden of building a practice. At the Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz, we handle marketing, intake, and client acquisition so you can focus on what moves cases: working directly with clients, building strong demand packages, and negotiating settlements. You manage a steady flow of plaintiff auto negligence matters with experienced support staff and strong systems behind you, and compensation tied to the results you help produce.
We are looking for a plaintiff auto / personal injury attorney who is proactive, client-focused, and motivated by results - someone who can take a file from intake through demand, negotiation, and resolution, or position it cleanly for litigation.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage pre-litigation auto injury cases from intake through settlement or transition to litigation
  • Work directly with clients, providers, and support staff to keep cases moving
  • Review facts, damages, medical records, treatment status, liability, and case value
  • Own demand package preparation, review, and settlement negotiations
  • Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
  • Identify next steps, resolve issues before they become delays, and complete files transitioning to litigation

Requirements
What We're Looking For
You're a plaintiff auto / personal injury attorney who brings:
  • Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the Michigan Bar
  • 2+ years of plaintiff auto / personal injury experience - pre-litigation or litigation backgrounds both welcome
  • Michigan auto experience (first- and third-party) highly preferred, and compensated accordingly
  • Ability to manage pre-suit files through records, treatment, demand preparation, negotiation, and resolution
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
  • Strong client service, negotiation, legal writing, and practical judgment, with a proactive, responsive approach

Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary, 2-3 years' pre-litigation experience: $100,000-$115,000, commensurate with experience
  • Base salary, 4-5 years' strong plaintiff PI / motor vehicle pre-litigation experience: $115,000-$130,000, commensurate with experience
  • Uncapped quarterly and annual performance bonuses driven entirely by your performance, with earning potential up to six figures
  • Signing bonus available for highly qualified candidates
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance; life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
